<h2>The intension is for the panel to voice their thoughts and opinions on each of the following questions as an aid to a wider discussion:</h2>
<h2>Is performance seeing a resurgence due to its changing relationship with the institution and is the contemporary museum a suitable platform for exploring performance-based ideas?</h2>
<h2>Why does such a historically young subject as Performance art endlessly refer back to its short history – is there new ground or is all performance art merely self referential?</h2>
<h2>What is documentation?</h2>
<h2>After the discussion the floor will be invited to ask the panelists questions related to points made in the discussion and any other questions in regard to performance based practice.<br />

<h2>An exhibition of performance documentation from the ‘Special Collection’<br />
archive at Chelsea College of Art.</h2>
<h2>This exhibition in Chelsea Library will accompany the Live program. The presentation of documentation hopes to raise questions about how we experience performance art through secondary sources and documentation as a work in its own right .</h2>
<h2>Including works by: Bruce Mclean, George Brecht, Sion Parkinson and Gustav Metzger.<br />
This exhibition will run: 18th April – 2nd May Chelsea Library.</h2>

<h2>Parlour will entertain us with a unique salon of performance, cabaret and mischief curated by Jack Catling. Parlour are a performance group made up of individual artists who come together to produce live performances in which any thing can happen.</h2>
